The Arthritis Society
is running a Chronic Pain Management Workshop for people |

This workshop helps people learn ways to manage chronic pain and to take
an active role in managing their arthritis. We are currently registering
participants for our program and would appreciate your help by running the
details for this program in your community calendar. Community Calendar
Listing: The Arthritis Society’s Chronic Pain Management Workshop (CPMW)
is a two-hour session led by a trained Arthritis Society volunteer to help
you take control of pain, stress, fatigue and depression. CPMW is offered

Branch 381 Colour Guard led the way down Burleigh Street. Once again the North Hastings Highlanders, joined by piper Donald Grant (Branch 381 President), played traditional marching and highland tunes. Veteran Bill Johnston of the Apsley Branch, and retired serviceman Mansel Evans and veteran Harold Nash of the Coe Hill Branch, marched with the Colour Guard. Retired serviceman Don Thomas, acting officer, received the salute from the Colour Guard. |
