Resolution Solution: Eat a Healthy Lower-Fat Diet Grilled Vegetables with Herbed Dipping Sauce Vegetables for Grilling - An assortment of vegetables for grilling, such as zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, corn on the cob, etc. * olive oil * balsamic vinegar * salt and pepper. Wash, dry, and slice vegetables. Set Aside. Combine equal amounts of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season to taste. Coat vegetables lightly with mixtures. Barbecue, grill or roast vegetables until tender-crisp. Serve with dipping sauce on side. Dipping Sauce - 1 cup (250ml) plain 2% yogurt * 2tbsp (25ml) fresh rosemary, finely chopped * 1 garlic clove, minced * 1/2 tsp (2ml) ground cumin * salt and pepper to taste. Combine all dipping sauce ingredients. Refridgerate at least one hour before serving to let flavours blend. The Blackfly Summer Theatre Company is proud to present Ferenc Molnar’s comedy "The Play’s The Thing" as adapted by P.G.Wodehouse for their second summer season in the Apsley Community Centre. This year’s clever and amusing play takes you back to the roaring twenties where the stage ruled and fashion was everything. Women were emerging as the new intellectual class and men were redefining their roles.
