SUPPORT YOUR MEDICAL CENTRE!

2004 Apsley M.S. Carnation Campaign
by Nancy & Joe Kaschak

Thank you Apsley!  We had a wonderful year again, sold all the  flowers and raised $1255.71 for the Peterborough Multiple Sclerosis Society.  Unfortunately, lack of space in The Apsley Voice prohibits us from individually thanking the businesses and the volunteers involved in this years campaign.  Thank you for your space, time and smiling faces. See you next year!
Benefit Dinner at the Apsley C.C.
M+R
On May 6th the Apsley Community Centre was crowded for a special dinner given by Dr. Rayes and Dr. Sally, to raise funds for the benefit of Michael & Rachel, whose mother Kim passed away recently. Their grandparents Linda and Dick Jeff are grateful for the continued support of this generous community. Bob Young said grace and reminded us that we were there to celebrate the life of this loving mother. After the meal the Sissy Tanner spoke for the family as she told of Kim’s strength of character as she struggled against difficulties without giving up her sweetness. We will never forget this event or this wonderful family.

Thanks.

Dear Friends of Kim, Rachel, Mike, Lynda and Richard:

My sister Lynda Jeff forwarded to me in Florida the April / May 2004 Apsley voice and I would also like to Thank the fine caring people of Apsley and the surrounding area for thier outstanding support  and love shown  to  Rachel , Mike , Lynda and Richard Jeff after our families unexpected loss of  Kimberly Eve Howson March, 7, 2004.

Kim will forever remain in our hearts.

Regards and Thank-You,
Larry and Patricia Hodder
