MEDIA RELEASE: Peterborough County O.P.P. was called to the Liquor Store in Buckhorn around 11 a.m.  Tues. Apr. 29th, to investigate an allegation of shoplifting. Officers responding to the call spotted a suspect walking along County Road # 23 out of Buckhorn. The man was in possession of a brand new lawnmower, found to be the property of the Buckhorn Hardware store located nearby. Two bottles of liquor were also recovered in relation to the theft call at the Liquor Store. Officers arrested Thomas Walter Boyle, 46 . He is charged with two counts of theft and Resisting Arrest.

 Spring is a busy time at Trinity. Recently we had a work crew cleaning up the grounds and working on the lawn and gardens. It was a perfect day and this time we were ahead of the black flies. Thanks to our expert gardener, Kathy Northey, the gardens will soon be in full bloom. 
Once again we look forward to welcoming back our summer visitors, some come from as far away as California.
