The Youth Voice
by Lauren West and Annabelle James After a very busy 2005 the North Kawartha Youth Committee took a well deserved break for the month of January. Looking ahead in 06’, the committee will be holding their second annual spring clean up of the Village and BBQ fundraiser sometime in May. Keep your eyes open for those lovely neon orange vests and feel free to come on out and give the youth committee members a hand. On behalf of the Youth Committee we would like to thank everyone who helped make 2005 the success it was. Be sure to keep reading our column as it will keep you updated on our upcoming events. If you wish to help out the Youth Committee or have them lend a hand in your next fundraising event you can contact them at apsleyouth@kawarthanorth.org. “Our Mission is to Promote Youth involvement within the Community”
