The meeting was very cordial and was well attended. Thirteen members were elected to the Unified Board. The Ash Wednesday service was on Feb. 25th . Rev. Peter Robinson told how Lent is a journey of deepening faith and renewal and an opportunity to make new commitments in faith. Eva Terrill Nov. 30/15-Feb 29/04 daughter of the late Zacariah Tucker
who along with his brothers pioneered near Apsley. Eva was a staunch
member of the Trinity United Church. She is survived by her children Murray,
Mureta, Jack, Eleanor and Doug. Also, Eva is survived by 12 grandchildren
and 6 great grandchildren.
During March & April, ApsleyCommunity Care will prepare Income Tax
Returns for low-income seniors and for adults living with physical challenges.
There is no charge for this service which is provided by trained volunteers.
